Year-End 1099

Businesses are responsible for creating and filing 1099 forms, which are used to report certain types of income to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

This includes income from non-employment sources such as

  • rent

  • dividends and interest

  • payments made to independent contractors and other self-employed individuals.

The 1099s must be filed with the IRS by the deadline. We can make sure that the forms are accurate, conform to the tax laws, and are filed by the IRS deadline.
